Trialo Pre-Sorting
Traditionally feathers are prewashed or washed, then dried and only afterwards sorted. The revolutionary innovation made by Down Creators first takes out the big feathers so afterwards we only have to wash and dry the remaining valuable feathers and down. By doing so, we diminish water consumption by up to 50% and increase the quality by avoiding fiber creation.
Tunnel Washing Technology
The new concept of washing, based on multiple small portions, gives a big advantage in increasing the quality by decreasing the friction between the feathers and subsequently preventing the fiber creation, while simultaneously decreasing the water consumption with up to 50%.
