With our fully equipped production facility of 3000sqm, close to our down and feather processing facility, we are able to provide great flexibility in private label production of down duvets and feathers pillow, using your own brand and designed packaging. Our location within the EU allows for short lead times and a quality guarantee.
Natural Down Wadding
TXdown is the world’s first scrimless natural down wadding, made from 75% down, down fibres and feather fibres, and 25% technical fibres. By binding down and down fibres in a fixed layer, TXdown offers the advantages of working with a wadding, combined with all the benefits of down and feathers.
TXdown allows for a great flexibility in designs of garments and enables a more efficient production process for working with down based materials.
